About Us

David Neumann has been in the construction industry for over 41 years. Dave spent 31 years in the framing business and has been a general contractor since 2012. You won’t find a more honest and knowledgeable contractor anywhere. He is very well respected with his customers and sub-contractors and is not afraid to tell it like it is. Dave is an avid golfer and enjoys playing at his home course, Tatum Ranch, as much as he can.

Valerie Neumann has been working behind the scenes at Neumann Development since Dave has become a contractor. Valerie recently began assisting with project management duties, estimating and design work. Valerie enjoys hiking, running, cycling and photography.
